These terms apply to all promotional offers on asportszone.com, operated by A Sports Zone, Sardarpura 2nd B Road, Jodhpur, Rajasthan 342003 ("we", "us"). By using any offer you agree to these terms, along with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
1. Welcome Offer – Up to 30% OFF on your first order
The discount is a fixed rupee amount based on your order value (cart subtotal, before shipping):

- "Up to 30%" is the maximum possible saving and applies only to a ₹500 order using WELCOME150 (₹150 = 30% of ₹500). On higher order values the percentage saving is lower. The actual discount is always the fixed rupee amount shown above.
- Minimum order value ₹500. Each code needs the minimum order value in its row; a code will not apply below its minimum.
- Valid on the first order only, one welcome code per customer. We may verify this using email, phone number and/or delivery address; orders using duplicate or fake accounts are not eligible and may be cancelled.
- The code must be entered at checkout. It cannot be added after the order is placed.
2. Big Order Saver – Up to 10% OFF (applied automatically)

- "Up to 10%" is the maximum possible saving and applies only to an order of exactly ₹50,000 (₹5,000 = 10%). The actual discount is the fixed rupee amount shown for your order value.
- Applied automatically at checkout. No code is needed.
3. Add-on Offer – 15% OFF on extras with a bat or kit
- When your cart contains at least one cricket bat or cricket kit/combo, you get 15% OFF on up to 3 eligible add-on items (gloves, pads, helmets, balls, shoes, kit bags, accessories, etc.) per bat or kit, with a maximum of 3 bats or kits counted per order.
- The bat or kit itself is not discounted. Applied automatically at checkout.
4. General terms for all offers
- No stacking: Offers cannot be combined with each other or with any other coupon. If more than one offer applies, only one is applied at checkout. Where you can choose, pick the one that gives you the highest saving. Offers may be used with free-shipping promotions where shown at checkout.
- Not valid on: gift cards, custom or made-to-order items, bulk/team orders priced separately, or orders already at a special negotiated price.
- Returns, exchanges and cancellations: If an item bought with an offer is returned or cancelled, the refund will be the price actually paid for that item after the discount. If a return or cancellation brings the order below the minimum value of the offer used, the discount on the remaining items will be adjusted and deducted from the refund. The discount itself is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
- Cash on Delivery: Offers are valid on COD orders. Customers who refuse COD deliveries or give unreachable contact details may be made ineligible for future offers and COD.
- Misuse: We may cancel orders, withdraw a discount or refuse service in case of misuse, fraud, reselling, bulk buying through multiple accounts, or a technical/pricing error.
- Changes: We may change, extend or end any offer at any time without prior notice. Orders placed before a change will be honoured as per the terms that applied at the time of the order.
- Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
- Offer eligibility is decided by us in line with these terms and applicable Indian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
